Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the growth of the Odds Fitness brand. They will also oversee market research, negotiate contracts, lead a dynamic team, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Performance Management
  • Keen ability to conduct Market Research and analyze Sales Data for decision-making
  • A background in Fitness, Wellness, Hospitality, or related industries is a plus
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
