Retail Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee retail operations, manage sales staff, ensure excellent customer service and experience, and drive sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities also include managing daily operations, monitoring sales performance, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Retail Sales
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in retail management or sales is preferred
