Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and work towards achieving company targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, building client relationships, negotiating deals, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports. The role demands a proactive approach in identifying opportunities, resolving customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
  • Experience in managing a sales team and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the real estate and financial industry is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, reporting, and trend tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
