Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key tasks include achieving sales targets, leading a team, providing reports to upper management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with experience in strategic sales planning and target achievement
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build long-term partnerships with clients
  • Team Leadership and Organizational abilities to oversee and guide a sales team
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills to address challenges and develop effective strategies
  • Knowledge of the real estate and financial industries is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in an on-site work environment
