Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of sales executives, set sales targets, and monitor performance against revenue and conversion goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from prospecting and lead qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closure. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding buyer requirements, and offering tailored property solutions and advisory support. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotional activities, track market trends and competitor offerings, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure adherence to company processes and ethical standards.
