Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of sales executives, set sales targets, and monitor performance against revenue and conversion goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from prospecting and lead qualification to site visits, negotiations, and closure. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding buyer requirements, and offering tailored property solutions and advisory support. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotional activities, track market trends and competitor offerings, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure adherence to company processes and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in residential property transactions (SOBO Market)
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Comfort with lead management tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present property options clearly and persuasively.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, documentation, and due diligence processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on follow-through and closing.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends or extended hours when required for client meetings and site visits.
