Role Overview:
Novac Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Professional (Individual Contributor) with deep expertise in selling core insurance software or insure-tech applications. The ideal candidate will have 1015 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales within the India and Middle East + Africa or APAC regions. This role demands strong sales management capabilities, proven relationship-building skills, and mastery of the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales of core insurance software/insure-tech solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across insurance companies, brokers, and digital insurance ecosystems in target regions.
- Manage and execute the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with CXOs, senior leaders, and decision-makers in the insurance domain.
- Maintain deep understanding of product offerings, industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market developments and contribute insights to product strategy and market positioning.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Represent Novac at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1015 years of experience in enterprise sales within insurance technology, core insurance systems, or insure-tech platforms.
- Demonstrated success selling large-scale enterprise applications in India, Middle East + Africa and APAC markets.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, digital distribution, and analytics.
- Excellent command of sales management practices, selling processes, deal structuring, and enterprise procurement cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS-based insure-tech solutions or digital transformation offerings.
- Established relationships with insurance companies across target regions.
- Exposure to regional regulatory environments and insurance technology trends.
