Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager India to join our sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from pipeline generation to deal closure.

As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on driving new business, managing key accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales for assigned accounts or territory, including:
    • Prospecting and lead generation
    • Qualification and discovery
    • Solution presentation and product demos
    • Proposal preparation, negotiation, and contracting
    • Closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM tools
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in closing mid market accounts
  • Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience with AI, automation, or AI chat and voice agents is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
