We work closely with consultants, system integrators, and contractors to deliver reliable and compliant solutions across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Role & Responsibilities Description

Auronyx Systems is looking to hire a Sales Manager North to strengthen our presence in the DelhiNCR market. The role is focused on consultative B2B sales, market development, and generation of firm enquiries through close engagement with MEP consultants, Fire Fighting contractors, and ELV system integrators.

  • Drive sales of Fire Detection & Fire Fighting systems across NCR
  • Generate firm enquiries through active market visits and meetings
  • Build and manage strong relationships with:

MEP Consultants

Fire Fighting Contractors

ELV / IBMS System Integrators

  • Ensure product specification, approvals, and conversions
  • Support customers during tendering, BOQ finalization, and closures
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor inputs, and feedback to management

Qualifications

  • 34 years of proven sales experience in:

Fire Detection Systems

Fire Fighting Products / Systems

  • Strong existing network with consultants, contractors, and SIs in NCR
  • Experience in specification-based and project sales
  • Good understanding of MEP / fire norms and project cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the northern region as required
