yThe Sales Manager – Residential Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and managing a high-performing sales team. The incumbent will develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensure achievement of business targets, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities

.The role requires strong leadership capabilities, market intelligence, business development skills, and the ability to coach and mentor team members to consistently achieve organizational objectives
