Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales staff, as well as analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
