Sales Manager :
Sports Program Thane, Mumbai We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to join our Sports Program team. The role involves guiding students and parents, explaining program benefits, and converting leads into enrollments through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Counsel students and parents on sports programs, training pathways, and career opportunities
• Explain benefits of sports education, fitness, and athlete development
• Conduct program presentations and exposure session briefings
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and sports aspirants
• Coordinate with coaching and operations teams for smooth onboarding • Maintain accurate CRM data and follow-ups Skills &
Requirements
• Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills
• Passion or interest in sports, fitness, or athlete development
• Understanding of sports careers, training, or academies preferred
• Target-driven with a performance-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with telecalling and virtual counselling
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office • Energetic, proactive, and student-focused approach
