Job Title: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an aggressive, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth for both domestic and international travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base (B2B and B2C).
Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, particularly with corporate clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Handle escalations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Requirements:
Mandatory: 5+ years of proven sales experience exclusively in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Strong network of corporate clients and travel agents.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
