Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales Manager – Vending Machines to join our team in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager - Vending Machines will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for vending machine placements. The role involves identifying business opportunities across corporate offices, institutions, hospitals, retail, and HoReCa segments, and ensuring successful deployment and performance of vending solutions.The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of our coffee vending solutions to effectively communicate their value to prospects and customers. Collaboration with internal and external teams for a seamless sales process is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development :

• Identify and acquire new clients for vending machine placements

• Target corporates, IT parks, hospitals, educational institutions, and public spaces

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach

2. Key Account Management :

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals

• Upsell additional machines, products, and services

3. Sales Planning & Execution:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

4. Coordination & Operations:

• Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for installation and servicing

• Ensure timely deployment and proper functioning of vending machines

• Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements

5. Market Intelligence:

• Track competitor activities and pricing strategies

• Identify new trends and opportunities in vending solutions

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales / institutional sales

• Experience in vending machines, FMCG, HoReCa, or office solutions is preferred

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven track record in new business acquisition

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders

• Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with corporates, facility management companies, or large institutions

• Strong local market knowledge and network

• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of new vending machine installations

• Revenue generated per month/quarter

• Client acquisition and retention rate

• Average revenue per machine

• Customer satisfaction score
