Sales Manager – MICE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive MICE to join our hotel sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) sales within the hotel industry and a proven ability to generate business, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage MICE sales leads for meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.

Identify new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partnerships.

Conduct client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing for MICE events.

Coordinate with internal departments (banquets, operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth event execution.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.

Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and reports.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-9 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MICE industry or related fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in MICE sales within the hotel industry
• Minimum 1.5 years to 9 Year of relevant experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Good knowledge of banquet sales, event planning, and hotel operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
