Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager is based in Salem. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, drive the achievement of sales targets, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular communication with field teams, monitoring market trends, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis.
  • Proven ability in Team Management, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution.
  • Knowledge of Agricultural Products and Agro-Business markets, especially in seeds and crop management.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical and planning skills to forecast sales and analyze performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Salem and travel as required for field or client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related fields. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
