Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager based in Nagpur and Wardha, specializing in Life Insurance. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include building and managing a team of sales agents, fostering relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also entails training and motivating the team to enhance productivity and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
