Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the real estate market
- Manage the sales team and provide training and mentorship to drive performance
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
