Sales Manager- MSME (Loan against property)

Job Description:

Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving Business targets and managing healthy Portfolio, by ensuring timely repayments and controlling customer exits for LAP business. This role seeks to drive business volume through the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel.

Desired candidate profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in LAP/MSME lending or related banking sales roles.

• Strong knowledge of MSME segment lending, LAP products, credit policies, and underwriting norms.
