Proowrx LLP is a knowledge-based, data processing company focused on providing data analysis and business outsourcing services to Australian Mortgage Brokers. We started as service providers to one of the largest mortgage broking companies in Australia and now support multiple clients across the Australian mortgage sector. Our firm is promoted and supported by an Australian mortgage broking firm, and our founders are finance professionals with experience in top-tier financial institutions in India.We help clients improve operational and financial performance through hands-on process support, timely data analysis, and application processing that delivers quick results and sustainable value. We also plan to expand our outsourcing services into allied sectors like Accounting, Financial Planning, Legal Advisory, and Digital Marketing for clients in Australia and other international markets.

Position Overview

The Parabroker will be responsible for end-to-end support in the completion of home loan applications as per Australian lender policies, from initial document collection and research through to loan submission and settlement. The role is heavily focused on research, credit assessment, servicing broker requirements, and ensuring high-quality processing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed loan file assessments based on client documents and lender policies.
  • Research and compare lender products, interest rates, fees, and policies to support suitable loan recommendations.
  • Review and analyse income documents including PAYG, self-employed, and company/trust structures.
  • Calculate serviceability and assess borrowing capacity using lender calculators.
  • Prepare and package loan applications and submit them via lender portals and aggregator systems.
  • Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, valuers, and other stakeholders to progress applications.
  • Follow up on conditional approvals, outstanding conditions, and additional document requirements.
  • Manage post-lodgement activities through to settlement, including tracking, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines and responsible lending obligations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, file notes, and status updates across all active files.
  • Support brokers with credit proposals, basic scenario analysis, and loan structuring.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parabroking / broker support / loan processing for Australian mortgages.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian home loan products, lender policies, and basic credit assessment.
  • Experience using lender portals and aggregator CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Flex, ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Salestrekker).
  • Solid understanding of serviceability calculations, income assessment, and documentation requirements.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document review.
  • Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • MBA or any graduate degree with relevant experience in mortgage processing / financial services.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Australian mortgage broker support will be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Working Hours

  • Office timings: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (IST) to align with Australian business hours.
