MSG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can manage and execute the complete sales function, including sales funnel management, team coordination, campaign lead handling, client relationships, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to final booking closure, ensuring every lead is properly tracked, assigned, followed up, nurtured, and converted.
2. Manage and guide the sales team by assigning leads, monitoring follow-ups, reviewing performance, improving sales pitch, and supporting important client discussions.
3. Coordinate with the marketing team to track campaign lead quality, response time, conversion rate, source-wise performance, and revenue generated from online campaigns.
4. Manage indoor and outdoor sales activities including inbound inquiries, proposals, follow-up calls, walk-ins, corporate visits, field meetings, local promotions, event planner tie-ups, and travel agent partnerships.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates, event planners, wedding planners, travel partners, and repeat customers to generate long-term business.
6. Co-ordinate with front office, operations, F&B, housekeeping, events, and wellness teams to ensure smooth booking execution and high customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain sales reports, lead status, follow-up records, conversion reports, lost lead analysis, team performance reports, and target vs achievement tracking.
8. Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, corporate tie-ups, local partnerships, competitor pricing, market trends, and sales strategies to improve bookings and market reach.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hotels, resorts, hospitality, events, weddings, travel, or related industries
• Experience in managing sales teams, leads, CRM, and sales targets preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage both online leads and offline sales activities
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
