About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth for our Oracle NetSuite business across the North Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP/Cloud SaaS sales, exceptional customer-facing skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-value pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Own and drive end-to-end sales for Oracle NetSuite in the North India territory.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, partner collaboration, and account-based strategies.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, IT heads, Finance leaders) and build strong relationships.
- Understand customer business processes, pain points, and map those needs to NetSuite solutions.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and partner teams to ensure deal success.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 69 years of experience in ERP/SaaS/Cloud solution sales (NetSuite/Oracle ERP/SAP/MS Dynamics experience preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle management in B2B enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage multi-level relationships.
- Comfortable with travel across the North Region as required.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience selling Oracle NetSuite specifically.
- Knowledge of finance, operations, or supply-chain business processes.
- Existing relationships with key industries in North India (Manufacturing, Retail, IT/ITES, Services, D2C, etc.)
