Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Thrissur. The Sales Manager will lead and coach the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve enrollment and revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing new leads, building relationships with schools, colleges, parents, and students, and presenting Microtec's educational services and programs. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline and CRM data, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for leadership. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and counseling teams to align campaigns, support events and seminars, and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales leadership, team management, and target achievement within education, training, or related service sectors.
  • Strong abilities in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, use of CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making for sales planning and reporting.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain educational offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in educational services, career guidance, or student recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical, student-centric practices and a passion for supporting learner success.
