We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead luxury residential sales in North Goa. This role is for professionals who understand high-net-worth clients, premium property selling, and long-cycle deal closures.

- 3–4+ years of hands-on real estate sales experience.
- Experience handling premium / luxury residential projects.
- Strong client network in Goa or similar luxury markets.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Daily experience in site visits, negotiations & follow-ups.
- Worked with CRM tools for lead management.
- Comfort working with HNI / UHNI buyers.

Please Note: This role is best suited for professionals with prior real estate sales experience in premium segments. Telecalling, basic sales, freshaer roles, or non-real-estate backgrounds may not be the right fit for this position.

- Manage complete sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Closure
