We're hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business growth in the Adhesives segment (Paper Bag, Packaging & Furniture industries). This is a critical role for expanding our presence in the industrial adhesives market. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing key accounts, and driving business expansion across North India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Build and maintain a database of 24+ key accounts with regular purchasing patterns
- Develop and manage B2B relationships across packaging, paper, or furniture sectors
- Drive business expansion and account development across North India
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts
- Maintain regular purchasing cycles with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in target sectors
- Ensure collections as per company policy within 1 month
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Lead sales strategy and execution for the Adhesives segment
Required Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Adhesives sales (water-based / synthetic)
- Strong B2B network across packaging, paper, or furniture sectors
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Preference for candidates with existing client relationships in packaging/paper/furniture industries
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and target-orientation skills
- High proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Multiple task handling capabilities
- Self-driven, ethical, and entrepreneurial mindset

Education:
