Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to onboard restaurants ranging from no star to 5 stars, maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The candidate will serve as the face of the company, actively working in the field, managing client queries, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign contracts with restaurants and manage both new and existing client inquiries
  • Generate and approach leads actively from the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and offer market-relevant advice
  • Manage sales administration, performance reporting, and process improvement
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and revenue targets
  • Promote the organization's presence and values in the market
  • Handle potential clients independently during field operations
  • Provide feedback and strategic insights to senior management for growth
