Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate sales inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote products and services.
• Conduct regular visits to construction sites to understand client needs and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner.
• Achieve sales targets consistently through proactive client engagement.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years in an individual contributor (IC) sales role.
• Proven track record in sales within Elevators, Construction Equipment, or Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sectors.

Education:

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
