Job Post 1: Mid-Level Sales Person Corporate Private Clients (Delhi NCR)

Position Overview

M Intergraph Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Sales Person with approximately 5 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling to large retailers and a strong background in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) industry, along with deep experience in Retail Solutions. This role will focus on engaging corporate private clients and driving new business opportunities in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with large retail clients.

- Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations that align with the client's business needs.

- Strategic Sales Execution:

- Formulate and implement sales strategies designed to secure a competitive market share within the AIDC and retail solution sectors.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust sales tactics.

- Sales Process Management:

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.

- Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical support) to deliver seamless service solutions and client support.

- Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5 to 6 years of proven sales experience, specifically in dealing with corporate private clients and large retailers.

- Hands-on exposure to the AIDC industry and Retail Solutions with demonstrable results.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a technical background is a plus).

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- A self-motivated go-getter with a strong drive for results.

Working Conditions

- Location: On-site in Delhi NCR.

- Travel: Own conveyance is mandatory, as the role requires to meet key clients within the city.
