Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in selling high-end villas priced at ₹4 crores and above. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in wealth management, luxury property sales, or financing large investments, along with a proven track record of catering to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of premium villas, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
  • Provide personalised solutions that align with the clients investment goals and luxury lifestyle aspirations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to tap into the ultra-luxury market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling luxury villas or high-value real estate.
  • Strong background in wealth management or financing large investments is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with HNWIs.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Bangalore is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
