Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, and providing insights to improve performance. The role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
