As we expand across India, we're looking for a Sales Manager who can build and lead a high-performance sales force, forge strategic partnerships, and drive exponential revenue growth across our fintech product portfolio.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager – Fintech Solutions, you will:
- Spearhead sales operations across regions, driving merchant, institutional, and partner acquisition.
- Build a robust field sales team focused on onboarding banks, distributors, and high-value merchants.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for LuckPay's PayTech, HRTech, and eKYC stacks & soundboxes.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategy, distribution networks, and partner programs.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on, field-driven approach, passionate about scaling fintech products in Tier 1–4 markets.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a pan-north India sales team (B2B & channel-focused)
- Design and monitor OKRs, revenue quotas, and KPIs
- Conduct regular training on LuckPay's product suite, market positioning, and objection handling
- Establish a performance-driven culture with data-backed reviews and coaching
Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement multi-channel GTM strategies (direct, reseller, institutional)
- Launch sales operations in new territories and verticals (cooperative banks, NBFCs, MSMEs, resellers)
- Develop partnership programs for soundbox distribution, PG services, and eKYC APIs
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and revenue pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product for campaign support and feature prioritization
Business Development
- Drive B2B fintech sales across product lines:
- Payment Gateway & UPI 2.0 Switch
- eKYC/eKYB APIs
- HRMS/Payroll Solutions
- UPI Soundbox Devices
- Banking APIs (Payouts, Collections)
- Acquire new clients (banks, NBFCs, PSPs, merchants) and scale existing relationships
- Conduct solution demos, proposals, and enterprise presentations
- Negotiate and close enterprise and institutional deals
- Identify strategic alliances, channel partners, and resellers
Market & Product Intelligence
- Stay ahead of fintech trends, NPCI guidelines, RBI updates, and competitor offerings
- Provide field feedback to product teams for new features and pricing improvements
- Gather merchant and partner insights for roadmap alignment
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of proven B2B fintech sales experience (preferably in payment gateways, UPI, or API banking)
- 3+ years of team management experience in high-growth fintech or SaaS startups
- Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, PSP partnerships, and channel sales
- Proven track record of driving 10Cr+ annual sales revenue
- Experience working with cooperative banks, NBFCs, or enterprise merchants is a plus
- Ability to set up regional offices or distributor networks

- Base Location: Jaipur/ Noida
- Travel: 60% (Pan-North India field presence required)
