Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Industrial Sales

Purpose of the Position
The purpose of this role is to drive business growth by developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-added solutions across industrial sectors. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening market presence through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities while maintaining profitability targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Utilize effective questioning and probing techniques to uncover customer challenges and provide value-added solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage pricing, profitability, and commercial performance of customer accounts.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support implementation of customer projects and ensure timely execution of commitments.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders to support business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or any relevant technical discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Commercial Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in the industrial gases, chemicals, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, market development, prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure.
