Role Description

This is a full-time, Direct Marketing- Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through F2F meeting & achieving business targets.

This is an on field job and only for those who are comfortable in doing field sales.

• People with Life insurance background
• Strong experience in sales
• nship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling life insurance products and knowledge of industry compliance regulations is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
