Job Title:Sales Manager - International Call Center (Lead & Revenue Generation)

Location:Remote

Department:Sales & Business Development

Working Days:6 days Rotational Shift - Permanent Night Shift

Reports To:Global Director and Managing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-orientedSales Managerto lead our efforts inlead generation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong ability to manage pipelines, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and executeterritory/account strategiesto close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
  • Develop and drive thesales pipelinescope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Target and establish access todecision makersin key strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decision makers, partners, and customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Drive enablement and influence of thefield sales teamto improve scale and increase success rates from lead qualification to closure.
  • Monitor and analyzesales performance metrics, ensuring timely reporting and achievement of business goals.
  • Stay updated withindustry trends, competitors, and market opportunitiesto refine and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Stronglead generation and revenue growthexpertise in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record inB2B/B2C sales, account management, and closing deals.
  • Excellentnegotiation, communication, and relationship-buildingskills.
  • Ability to work bothindependently and collaborativelyin a team environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field(MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experiencewith at least2 years in a call center leadership or sales management role.
  • Experience interritory/account management, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
  • Proficiency inCRM tools and MS Office Suite.
