Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Large Account Manager to lead Sequretek's BFSI enterprise sales. The role demands strong CXO relationships, a deep understanding of BFSI cybersecurity needs, and a proven ability to deliver revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & grow BFSI accounts drive revenue, strategy, and long-term partnerships.
- Engage CXOs (CISO, CIO, CRO, Risk & Compliance) as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
- Position Sequretek solutions across: CTEM, SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Endpoint & Cloud Security; IAM, Zero Trust; Regulatory compliance-driven offerings (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, PCI DSS).
- Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting proposal negotiation closure.
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities within named BFSI customers.
- Track BFSI regulations & industry trends to align solutions and create demand.
- Ensure customer success & satisfaction with internal delivery collaboration.
Key Requirements
- 712 years of enterprise sales in cybersecurity / IT security with BFSI focus.
- Strong CXO network across leading banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Track record of large deals (INR 5-10 cr) ownership in BFSI accounts.
- Deep knowledge of BFSI cybersecurity challenges (fraud prevention, compliance, cloud adoption, endpoint security).
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & meet aggressive BFSI sales targets.
