Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for LAP products within the designated region.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in Udaipur.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP sales executives, providing regular training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for LAP products through various channels, including direct sales, DSA partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.

Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically in Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage finance.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in India.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
