Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets for the LAP product line.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote LAP products in the Nashik region
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of LAP products and the real estate market in Nashik
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
