Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (Nashik)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets for the LAP product line.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote LAP products in the Nashik region
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of LAP products and the real estate market in Nashik
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
