Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Kanpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the LAP segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve LAP business targets in the Kanpur region
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and LAP products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel within the Kanpur region as required
