Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the LAP segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the LAP division
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's LAP products
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the LAP or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
