Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (Gurgaon)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the LAP segment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for the LAP division
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's LAP products

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the LAP or mortgage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the LAP market, products, and regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
