Position Objective
The Sales Manager is fully accountable for achieving the budgeted sales from OEM, Retail, and Architects in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Existing OEMs (Modular Kitchen & Furniture manufacturer) to establish commanding market share.
- Develop dealer network to promote the product in the B2C segment.
- Identify New OEMs and dealers to introduce a range of products through regular follow-ups and a solutions approach.
- Work closely with Top Architects & Interior Designers to establish First-Name relationships.
- Manage Primary Sales to ensure adequate stock across the range at Distributor warehouses.
Ensure on-time servicing from the distributor to OEM/Retailer along with quick complaint resolution, if any.
What You Offer
1-4 years of selling experience in premium building materials.
Strong relationship with Furniture/Kitchen OEMs which can be leveraged immediately.
Strong relationship with Architects/PMCs and premium Showrooms/Retailers.

Annual Compensation: Salary Rs. 5.0 to 8.0 LPA + Commission.
