Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to identify new avenues for growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, requiring a hands-on approach to managing sales teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
  • Experience in the petroleum or related industries is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to industry dynamics
