Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
