Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will lead sales operations, drive revenue generation, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, mentoring and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends, and building strong networks. The role requires collaboration with marketing and other teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision
