Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and reporting performance metrics. The role also requires collaborating with marketing and other departments to drive customer engagement and ensure overall success of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies, including setting and reaching sales targets and driving revenue
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and communication for building and maintaining healthy customer relations
  • Team management qualities such as leadership, team coordination, and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making
  • Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or related fields is highly desirable
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
