Role Description

As a Sales Manager specializing in IT Services & Consulting, you will lead sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include creating and executing effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving defined revenue targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay informed on market trends, and develop customized IT solutions for clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
  • Familiarity with IT services, consulting, and emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, AR/VR, or Cloud solutions
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi
