Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and preparing sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong expertise in Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Target Achievement, and Negotiation
  • Effective Leadership, Team Supervision, and Motivation skills
  • Analytical and Report Preparation skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
