Mandates Need candidates from food processing industry where they have been exposed to the entire processing of vegetables, dairy industry, bakery processing etc.

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the

dynamic and rapidly growing vegetable processing, seafoods & dry fruits industry. As a Sales

Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth,

expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong

leadership skills, a deep understanding of the vegetable processing, seafoods & dry fruits market,

and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. He will have a strong work ethic, extensive

knowledge of industrial equipment, good problem-solving skills and be able to interact & close the

deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead generation for new applications on food applications (vegetable processing,

Seafoods and dry fruits etc.)

Able to communicate with all the level of prospects and share the detailed information

to concerned team or principal.

Taking ownership of machineries and technical hands-on experience in handling capital

equipment's

Should be able to understand the customer pain points and convert it into solutions.

Coordinating and follow up with clients/team/principals for trials, shipments, and quotes

etc.

Market data and competition value and movements will be added advantage.

Participating in Exhibition, trials, installation as and when required and willingness to

travel PAN India.

Able to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical schematics/drawings.

Qualifications and Skills-

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food machinery or related

industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing

sales team.

Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food

Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business

objectives.

In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

Ability to analyse market data and trends to identify growth opportunities.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed.
