Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager - Interior Designs, you will lead sales efforts, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting tailored design solutions, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with designers and project teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving growth for the organization and expanding its market presence.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation
  • Knowledge of Interior Design, Space Planning, and Customer Needs Analysis
  • Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead sales teams and meet targets in a competitive environment
  • Experience in the interior design or home furnishings industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and working knowledge of design software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
