Nisargasiddha Bioproducts Private Limited, Kannur, Kerala is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Institutional Sales & Exports) to lead and expand our Pan-India B2B sales operations, as well as export sales of nutraceutical, health & wellness and Ayurvedic products. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to domestic B2B markets across India and experience or familiarity with export-oriented sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with B2B clients Pan-India, including distributors, institutions, and key accounts.
- Manage and grow export sales operations, coordinating with international clients and partners.
- Meet clients as required and participate in campaigns, exhibitions, expos, and trade events to reach targeted customers.
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets and contributing to overall business expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Present and promote nutraceutical, health & wellness, and Ayurvedic products effectively to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and potential distribution partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service with timely follow-ups and relationship management.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and performance reviews.
- Work independently while coordinating closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and marketing.
Requirements
- Position based in Kannur (Candidates from North Kerala Preferred).
- 34 years of experience in B2B sales of nutraceuticals, health & wellness products, Ayurvedic products/FMCG.
- Strong exposure to Pan-India B2B clients (mandatory).
- Experience or exposure to export sales will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India, and as required for export business.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi/local languages.
