Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and establish strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance. The role also involves tracking market trends and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ Years of Experience in the food packaging industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Strong customer relationship management and lead generation skills
• Pricing and proposal development skills
• Market research and industry trend analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
